LCS( ) Function
Return Lowercase String
Format
LCS(string$[,ERR=stmtref])
Where:
string$
String expression whose lower case ASCII counterpart is to be returned.
stmtref
Program line number or label to transfer control to.
Returns
Lowercase counterpart of string
Description
The LCS( ) function returns the lower case counterpart of the original string (with all
upper case alphabetic characters replaced by their corresponding lower case characters).
