String, comma-delimited list of current system parameter settings.
Description
This system variable contains a comma-delimited string listing the current settings
of OS parameters for ProvideX use. See also Chapter 6. System Parameters, p.651.
Some parameters only appear in the list when set, and some are OS specific.

You can have the PRM( ) function return a specific parameter's current setting (or the
Boolean value, 1=ON / 0=OFF, for a switch), even when it's hidden from the PRM
listing.
